About Us

Mrinalini Cariapa is the designer and owner of the Flames of the Forest brand. As a youngster, she used to make small pieces of jewelry and sell them to make some pocket money. She always got encouraged by her parents to pursue her interests and creativity. By age 15, she was sure that jewelry designing was what she wanted to do. She enrolled with Jewelry Design and Technology Institute in Noida and graduated in 2003. She then set up her studio and started designing pieces with unusual stones like moss agate, meteorite, and limestone dendrite to name a few.

Mrinalini is often inspired by nature’s shapes and textures in creating her pieces. Every piece of jewelry, whether it is a ring, bracelet, earrings or a necklace is put together with great care to offer customers the very best in custom jewelry.
